For nearly sixty years, Türk kahvesi has been passed down with quiet reverence — slow-poured, unhurried, steeped in conversation.
A tradition built on presence, not speed. ATHENA was born from a simple belief: that this ritual belonged in Athens.
Our founder, Ramazan, grew up watching coffee made the old way — copper cezve, fine-ground beans, patience as the true
ingredient. He didn't set out to imitate two traditions, but to let them meet. The result is a coffee house where Anatolian
craft lives alongside Hellenic form — Greek key patterns tracing the walls, a palette lifted from the coffee houses of old Istanbul, a cup
that tastes of both homes at once.
This is ATHENA, where Greece and Türkiye share a table, and every cup is poured the way it always should have been.
